A complimentary Let Me Tell You Something pilot for Westlawn’s November 7 anniversary—and the families, members and church leaders invited to take part.
Pastors, church family, and friends: let’s make room for the voices, photographs, laughter, faith, and memories that brought us here. Bring a trusted helper, ask one gentle question, and give every storyteller time. My gift is this opportunity to create something your church and families can share and keep.

Pilot status
WESTLAWN is an invitation reference, not a checkout coupon or instant password. A person at THE HUB must review your request and approve your Shopify customer account. Use the same email for this request and that account. No access is granted by submitting this form.
After signing in, reopen this invitation. Access is attached to your own account, not to the invitation code alone.
What this free pilot includes
Guided planning and questions; director and helper lessons; voice/video recording or file import; photo presentations and printable memory pages; story cards; a browser story screening; rehearsal preview; and a printable director’s program.
Use one active local project per organizer. Each recording can be up to 3 minutes. A screening holds up to 10 saved clips and 100 MB of original media. The photo planner supports up to 12 photos within its on-screen limits. There is no cloud upload, hosted archive, edited MP4, broadcast delivery, or printer ordering in this pilot.
Share the invitation, keep responsibility clear
Members can contribute to their church’s named organizer. You may pass WESTLAWN to another church leader; each new organizer must request approval for their own account. Do not share passwords. Each church names its own director, reviewer and keeper, and confirms permission before distributing stories.
What happens after Thanksgiving?
Pilot access ends at the stated deadline. Downloaded files remain usable and do not disappear. Keep originals and a second backup before the deadline. Nothing renews or bills automatically. The public basic memory tools remain available separately; this invitation does not promise permanent hosting.
Your people decide what is shared
Explain the purpose before recording. Ask who may watch or receive each contribution. Let anyone pause, skip a question or stop. Review names, captions and permissions together. Do not submit recordings, private stories, or sensitive personal details in this request form.
A gift, with no sales obligation
This pilot is complimentary. No purchase, subscription, automatic renewal or referral commission comes from free access. Sharing WESTLAWN does not create an Earn Mode account or extend attribution. Any later paid service would need a separate, clearly agreed offer.
Before inviting the whole congregation
Start with one organizer, one storyteller and one helper. Record or import a short test, review it, download a screening, play it on the event computer, and confirm that a second person can open the backup. Then expand the group.
